Registration and Abstract Submission 

 

Late Registration (after 15 May 2011)

Late registration is limited, please do not book flights until your registration is confirmed by email from AWCD.

Remaining places will be filled based on the quality of abstracts submitted. 

Fill out the abstract form and return by email to  info@awcd2011.org.

Successful applicants will be notified by email, and you will be directed to the online registration. 

No registrations will be accepted after 1 July 2011.

Extra nights and accompanying persons is subject to availability. Please email info@awcd2011.org to request these.

 

 Registration includes

  • Conference participation at all sessions
  • Ferry transfers to and from Hamilton Island
  • All accomodation (4 nights, 5 days in twin share rooms)
  • All food and beverages, including standard beer, wine and cocktails
  • Full access to resort facilities including golf, sailing, kayaks, flying trapeze and nightly entertainment
      Registration does not include
    • Travel to and from the ferry terminals, see travel page
    • Ferry transfers from Shute harbour to Hamilton Island.
    • Single rooms (these can be arranged for extra cost depending on availability)
    • Non-delegate attendance (please ask about these)
    • Extra nights at the resort (available at conference rates)
    • Treatments at the resort spa
    • Tourist activities (such as Reef Trips and Diving)
    • Top shelf beer, wine, spirits and cocktails
    • Resort shop
    • Golf balls
